Description of the accommodation

We welcome you to Biaudos, a small village in the South of Landes, at the gateway to the Basque Country and Spain with the ocean just 18km away, Biarritz and Hossegor 25km away. This house of character, located in the heart of the village, at the foot of the church with the nearby grocery store, is one of the oldest in the village. You will find all the charm of an old house full of history combined with today's comfort. Adjoining the owner, this country house benefits from a private enclosed garden with a terrace covered by a pergola and garden furniture, barbecue. This cottage is composed, on the ground floor, of a living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer) lounge area (flat screen TV, wood stove, WIFI) and dining area, a bedroom (1 double bed) with private bathroom, a toilet, washing machine. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a bathroom (with corner bathtub and toilet). For your comfort, sheets, bathroom and household linen are provided, beds are made upon your arrival. In winter, heating is included and we offer you wood for your first fire. Vehicle parking is in the free parking lot in front of the church.

The price includes: - 8 kW/hour of electricity per day
- 500 liters of water per day
- 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires).
