You will stay in a cottage completely renovated by Cécile and David. This renovation, which enhances the charm of the old, will charm you with its setting, its comfort, its quality amenities, and its refined industrial-style decor. Brick, stone, and beams blend perfectly. On the raised ground floor, you enter a large, pleasant and modern living room. An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a wood-burning stove (wood provided on request), a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table.
There are three double bedrooms (two with a 160x200cm bed and one bedroom with two 80x200cm twin beds) and one quadruple bedroom with single beds (90x200cm), ideal for children. A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, two shower rooms with walk-in showers (one with a toilet), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a superb attic bedroom with exposed beams features four 80x200 cm beds (which can be joined together) and a separate toilet on the landing.
To top off this comfort, a second living room with a flat-screen TV, board games, an electronic dart board, and a foosball table. The house is air-conditioned. Pets are not allowed.
The outdoor areas will also meet your expectations. On one side, a courtyard with a wooden table and barbecue (Cécile and David access their house from this side of the property), and on the other, a magnificent park will delight your little ones (swing, badminton net, ping-pong table, and trampoline), and a terrace with garden furniture.
Finally, a pétanque court bordered by meadows with sheep, goats, and donkeys.
As you can see, a change of scenery and relaxation are guaranteed!
From the garden, access to a secondary kitchen with a sink, dishwasher, and laundry area.
Baby equipment: crib, changing mat, bathtub, potty, booster seat, bottle warmer, and high chair.
Sheets, end-of-stay cleaning, kitchen linens, heating, and electricity are included.

30 kilometers from Dijon, Bèze is a pretty medieval village crossed by the river of the same name. The village boasts a spring, caves, and restaurants.
