Gîtes de la Longères des Capucines, 1st floor, 75 m², two bedrooms! The Longère des Capucines lodgings are located in Bergholtz, in the southern part of the Alsatian vineyard and at the foot of the Vosges. You will be ideally located in relation to the various tourist sites in the region, 25km from Colmar or Mulhouse. The farmhouse is in the center of the village, it consists of two gites, on the ground floor (2 people) and upstairs (4 people). L'Ecrin, upstairs, accommodates 4 to 6 people in great comfort (75m²), the entrance is on the ground floor, by a comfortable staircase you access the living room. This consists of a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a modern and fully equipped separate kitchen. (dishwasher, espresso and filter coffee machines, raclette machines, oven...). The 2 bedrooms are apart, they are equipped with 2 double beds of 160*200cm and suitable storage. Sheets and towels included. The shower room with walk-in shower and basin. Separate toilets. The private pleasure garden with covered terrace, barbecue and garden furniture is accessible by the courtyard and fully fenced. A shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer (iron and ironing board, dryer...) is at your disposal. Parking is in a public car park adjacent to the gite. This cottage is ideal for a stay of 4 to 6 people, a combination of the two cottages is possible for a capacity of 6 to 8 people with a completely private space. WIFI - Animals accepted with an additional cost of 20€ per dog/stay - End of stay cleaning included.
