To rent in Benissa in Costa Blanca this pleasant villa with private swimming pool and near the sea located between Calpe and Moraira which benefits from a privileged location, halfway between the two villages. Two famous tourist destinations thanks to their wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants by the sea. The villa is located just 100 meters from Cala Advocat, where in summer there is a fun beach bar, sometimes with music live. There are also tennis courts, bars and restaurants nearby. This villa in Costa Blanca has parking for 1 car, from which we access a spacious and sunny terrace with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a well-kept garden with palm trees and a barbecue area. This rental is perfect for the summer vacation experience thanks in part to its proximity to the beach, since you don't have to take the car every day. The villa is composed of 2 levels, only connected by external stairs. The lower part is not rented, it remains closed and empty for the duration of the rental. On the upper level, there are two separate and identical apartments, each with a covered terrace where we can have our breakfast while enjoying a panoramic view of the sea. The interior presents us with a comfortable living room, a well equipped kitchen equipped, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The washing machine is in the engine room, next to the car park.
