Big townhouse in La Heredia
La Heredia urbanization is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00
But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this bright and spacious townhouse in the picturesque area La Heredia with some stunning views over the Mediterranean sea to the Moroccan coastline.This spacious Scandinavian designed property is distributed over two floors with big terrace on each level. There are two spacious bedrooms with the access to its terraces. The main bedroom has a king´s bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom with a two queen´s beds (140 cm wide each) has the bathroom just outside its door. And the third bedroom which is a perfect child room coming with toys and decorations for children, features one 90 cm single bed.There is one smaller toilet on the upper [hidden] kitchen is fully equipped for a perfect holiday stay. From the covered terrace with dining are, BBQ and wine a fridge you can enjoy long summer evenings. On the other big terrace there are two sun-beds and lounge [hidden] house has parking just outside (1-2 cars).The village has two swimming pools one of which is heated. The community is gated and with security guards.
Just 2 min walk from the house you will find a coffee shop, an award-winning butcher and a British traditional [hidden] village has a great location as it’s just a few minutes’ drive from the pay toll highway AP7. San Pedro beach is 10min drive away, and Puerto Banus 13 min drive, and Marbella 16 min.Check-in after 21.00 will be organized as a self check-in.
