Big townhouse in La Heredia
La Heredia urbanization is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00
But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this bright and spacious townhouse in the picturesque area La Heredia with some stunning views over the Mediterranean sea to the Moroccan coastline.This spacious Scandinavian designed property is distributed over two floors with big terrace on each level. There are two spacious bedrooms with the access to its terraces. The main bedroom has a king´s bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom with a two queen´s beds (140 cm wide each) has the bathroom just outside its door. San Pedro beach is 10min drive away, and Puerto Banus 13 min drive, and Marbella 16 min.Check-in after 21.00 will be organized as a self check-in.
