The long driveway leading to Joris's farm gradually immerses you in the heart of the Normandy countryside. This driveway once led to the Château de Vesly, which was destroyed by bombing in 1944... except for one tower. It was in this unusual setting that the young owner envisioned a guesthouse, and on these ruins that he embarked on the task, transforming, after years of work, a cozy four-level accommodation. Large windows offer a magical panorama of nature from each floor. The spacious balcony terrace is a true haven of peace where you can take the time to observe deer, foxes, or birds around the pond or in the hedgerows. The approach is therefore respectful of the environment in this preserved living space (natural plaster, solar panels, etc.). It is this return to the essentials that Joris loves to share and that he has infused into this project.
