In a small, quiet village, 10 minutes from Pouilly-en-Auxois, the "Le Clocher Roman" gîte, adjoining another gîte (H21G030854) and completely private, offers: on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living/dining room with TV, Wi-Fi, a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm). Upstairs: four bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a shower room with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. On the ground floor: a games room with foosball and arcade machines; on the first floor (accessed via a spiral staircase): a "cinema" room with a video projector and home cinema system; on the second floor (accessed via a spiral staircase): a billiards room. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request. There is no washing machine. Outside: a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue; a 5-person hot tub heated year-round; a 4x10m swimming pool, open from April to October (heated from May 1st to September 30th); and a private, enclosed parking area with 6 spaces (or more depending on vehicle size). The adjoining cottage can be rented for a total of 15 people (Gîte Saint-Martin H21G030854).

All-inclusive holiday cottage: linens, cleaning, towels, heating, electricity, and access to the spa and swimming pool included.
