Le Moulin de la Motte comprises two beautiful adjoining cottages in a renovated 19th-century farmhouse, accommodating up to 12 people traveling together. Damien and Sonia, farmers by trade, have preserved the charm of this building, blending authenticity with modern amenities. Open to the surrounding countryside, it offers a privileged setting for rest and tranquility in the heart of a hilly region.

In the 10-person cottage, you will find on the ground floor: a spacious entrance hall with storage/cupboards, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living/dining room. A flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (wood provided) are also provided. There is a toilet and board games.

Upstairs, there are four comfortable bedrooms decorated in soft colors: two bedrooms for three people (one with a double bed and one with a single bed) and two bedrooms for two people, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed. There is also a large bathroom with a corner bathtub. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC.

In the adjoining, single-story cottage for two people, you will find an open-plan kitchen/living room with a sofa and dining table. It includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a sink and walk-in shower. The WC is separate and accessible from the living room. A washing machine is available. A cot and high chair are available upon request.

All-inclusive price (excluding tourist tax): bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, firewood, and heating.

Two large terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue. A gym is located in a converted barn. One room of the barn includes a ping-pong table, darts, and a punching bag. Another room (150 m²) features a tennis wall, badminton net, soccer goals, and an adjustable wall-mounted basketball hoop.

The grounds are not fenced. There is a pond and stream on the property that are not secured. Tenants are responsible for ensuring the safety of the outdoor area if young children are present.

A large private parking area is available at the entrance to the farm. There is also a small cellar for storing bicycles.
The Le Moulin gîtes are ideally located 3 km from the Burgundy Canal and its cycle route, 5 km from the Chailly golf course, 10 km from the Auxois motor racing circuit and the Pouilly-Maconge airfield, 20 minutes from the castles of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois and Commarin, and 30 minutes from the Alésia Museum Park. A children's playground and football pitch are located in the village, 50 meters from the gîte.
