An adjoining apartment offers a small kitchenette (with microwave and mini-fridge), a small terrace with lovely views of the surrounding countryside, one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and one upstairs bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). There is also a shower room with a toilet.
The property boasts a large 13,000 m² garden with a covered swimming pool (heated as an option) open from Easter to mid-October (9 x 4 m, depth from 0.50 m to 1.80 m). There is a large terrace, garden furniture with parasols and sun loungers, a barbecue, and a griddle. A converted barn offers table tennis, darts, molkky, and other games. A large pétanque court is also available. A small stream runs through the property (children must be supervised by their parents).
