Le Moulin offers a beautiful gîte for ten people in a renovated 19th-century farmhouse. Damien, a farmer by trade, has preserved the charm of this building by blending authenticity and modernity. Open to the surrounding countryside, it offers a privileged setting for rest and tranquility in the heart of a hilly region.

On the ground floor, a spacious entrance hall with storage/cupboards, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living/dining room. Flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (wood provided). Toilet. Board games.

Upstairs, four comfortable bedrooms in soft colors: two bedrooms for three people (one double bed and one single bed) and two bedrooms for two people, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed. Large bathroom with a corner bathtub. Shower room with a walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
Among the bedrooms is a large private parking area at the entrance to the farmhouse. The cottage also includes a small cellar for storing bicycles.

All-inclusive price (except tourist tax): bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, firewood, and heating.

Shared with the 2-person cottage:

A gym in a closed barn. One room is equipped with a ping-pong table, darts, and a punching bag. A second room of 150 m² is equipped with an adjustable wall-mounted basketball hoop, a badminton net, soccer goals, and a tennis wall.

Outside, there is a lit pétanque court.

The property is not fenced. There is a pond and stream on the property that are not fenced. Tenants are responsible for ensuring the safety of the outdoor area when young children are present.

The Le Moulin gîte is ideally located 3 km from the Burgundy Canal and its cycle path, 5 km from the Chailly golf course, 10 km from the Auxois motor racing circuit and the Pouilly-Maconge airfield, 20 minutes from the castles of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois and Commarin, and 30 minutes from the Alésia Museum Park. A children's playground and a football pitch are located in the village, 50 meters from the gîte.
