An ideal stay for a relaxing family break, not far from the Châtillonnais National Forest Park. This 150m² former farmhouse will charm you with its authenticity and provide all the necessary comforts for a peaceful stay in the countryside.

On the ground floor, there is a large, welcoming living room with a lounge/dining room and an open-plan equipped kitchen. There is a fireplace. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

To access the upper floor, you pass through a relaxation room perfect for children (board games, books, etc.) with a sofa bed. A ninth bed is available for €15/night.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom for 4 people with four 90x200cm beds (adjustable), and two double bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed.

Each bedroom has a work area with a desk and free, unlimited Wi-Fi access throughout the accommodation.

Large bathroom with bathtub/shower, double sink, and toilet.

Large, enclosed, quiet grounds with no overlooked views, covered terrace, and private, secure parking.

All-inclusive cottage (except tourist tax): Oil heating, electricity, bed linen (beds made upon arrival), kitchen and bathroom linen, and final cleaning included. Household and basic kitchen products are available on site. The owners, farmers, will be delighted to share their work with you.

Bakery, mini-market with tobacconist, pharmacy, bank, post office, restaurant, and gas station are located in Aignay-le-Duc, about 10 minutes away. Cheese dairy is located in Origny, 1 km away, where you'll find the famous Epoisses AOP Fermier made with raw milk (cheeses, butter, eggs, etc.).

To discover: the National Forest Park and the Haute Côte-d'Or, the small town of Châtillon sur Seine and its museum (Vix treasure), the Sources of the Douix, the Abbey of Fontenay, the MuséoParc Alésia etc. Walks in the beautiful forests of the National Park on hiking, horse riding or mountain biking trails. Crémant Route and Champagne vineyards nearby. Forest House 22 km away (tree climbing...).
