An ideal getaway for a relaxing family break, not far from the Châtillonnais Forest National Park. This charming 150m² former farmhouse will captivate you with its authentic character and offer all the comforts you need for a peaceful stay in the countryside.

On the garden level, a large, welcoming living area with a lounge/dining room and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Fireplace. Shower room with shower and separate WC.

To access the upper floor, you pass through a dedicated relaxation room, perfect for children (board games, books, etc.), equipped with a sofa bed. A 9th bed is available.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom for 4 people with four 90x200cm beds (which can be configured as a single bed), and two double bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed.

Each bedroom has a work area with a desk and free, unlimited Wi-Fi access throughout the property.

Large bathrooms with bathtub/shower, double vanity, and toilet.

Large, enclosed, quiet grounds with no overlooking neighbors, covered terrace, and private gated parking.

All-inclusive cottage (except tourist tax): Oil heating, electricity, bed linens (beds made upon arrival), kitchen and bath towels, and final cleaning are included. Basic cleaning and cooking supplies are provided.

The owners, who are farmers, will be delighted to share their work with you.

Bakery, mini-market with tobacconist, pharmacy, bank, post office, restaurant, and gas station are located in Aignay-le-Duc, approximately 10 minutes away. A cheese shop in Origny, 1 km away, offers the famous Epoisses AOP Fermier raw milk cheese (cheeses, butter, eggs, etc.).

Discover: the National Forest Park and the Upper Côte-d'Or, the small town of Châtillon-sur-Seine and its museum (Vix Treasure), the Sources de la Douix, Fontenay Abbey, the Alésia Museum Park, etc. Enjoy walks in the beautiful forests of the National Park on hiking, horseback riding, or mountain biking trails. The Crémant wine route and Champagne vineyards are nearby. A forest house (treetop adventure course) is 22 km away.
