On the border of Berry and Poitou, in Brenne, near Le Blanc, at the end of a private road, lies a private estate spanning several hectares with a detached house and two lofts.

A private, unheated swimming pool (10 x 4 meters, 1.10 meters deep) is open from June to September, and a private pond within the 6-hectare property is reserved for catch-and-release fishing only.

Enjoy peaceful and independent strolls on the property, which is entirely yours to explore!

You can also use a rowboat.

Bonus: Bed linens, towels, cleaning, and heating are included in the price. The main house features a kitchen/dining room, a living area, a bathroom, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a 160 cm bed), a separate toilet, and a large 150 m² terrace overlooking the pool and the pond.

The large loft includes a kitchen/dining room, three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a 160cm bed), and a shower room/WC. The smaller loft includes two large bedrooms (one with a 180cm bed and one with a 160cm bed) and a shower room/WC.

The cottage has two washing machines and two dishwashers. Internet access is free, and there is a television in both the house and the lofts.

At your disposal, part of the grounds (approximately 2500 m²) is fenced and enclosed around the houses. You can play pétanque on the designated area or enjoy evenings on the second terrace below the house.
The basement has been converted into a summer kitchen, and there is a storage area for your bicycles. The garden is accessible at ground level from the terrace on one side of the house or via steps on the other.

Pets are welcome at a rate of €4 per night per animal.
