Enjoy a relaxing break in this fully renovated cottage on a 4000 m² property in the heart of the Burgundy countryside, just 20 minutes from Dijon. This semi-detached house, adjoining the owners' residence, offers a bright, contemporary atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Ground floor: large open-plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a sofa bed (sleeps 2 for an additional €10/night/person). Separate WC. Laundry room. Cot and high chair available on request.

Upstairs: 3 lovely bedrooms with two queen-size beds (which can be separated into two sets of two 80x200 cm beds) and one double bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Separate WC.

Shared parking and courtyard in front of the cottage. Access to the private terrace at the rear of the house from the living room. Shared garden. Above-ground swimming pool shared with the owners (7.50 m x 3.50 m x 1.10 m) open from June to September, weather permitting. The entire property is enclosed. Pets are not allowed.

Heating, reversible air conditioning, electricity, bed linen, and final cleaning are included in the rates. Towel rental: €5 per person per stay.

The owners' Wi-Fi extender is installed in the cottage; connection speed is not guaranteed.

Nearby: Arcelot Castle and its gardens, the Arc-sur-Tille leisure park with a lake and activities in the summer. Numerous hiking trails in the surrounding Mirebellois and Fontenois region, a land of both land and water.

Beire-le-Châtel is 17 km from Dijon, the Burgundian capital, a designated City of Art and History. It boasts the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and the Philippe le Bon Tower, remarkable churches such as Notre-Dame, Saint-Michel, and Saint-Bénigne, the Owl Trail, archaeological and fine arts museums, and numerous restaurants, including three with Michelin stars.

Dijon is also a vibrant city thanks to events organized throughout the year. The first vineyards of the Route des Grands Crus are located in Marsannay-la-Côte, the starting point of the Route des Grands Crus, whose Climats are a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
