On the ground floor: large, bright living room, opening onto the terrace, with an equipped American kitchen (1 filter coffee maker + 1 Senseo, raclette machine), dining room and living room with wood stove. One bedroom for 1 person (1 single bed). A bathroom with shower and bathtub. Separate toilet. Laundry room. Games area in the basement with multi-game table and PS2. Upstairs, two split-levels lead to four bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, the second with a queen-size bed, the third with two single beds, and the last with a queen-size bed. This bedroom connects to a large bathroom with toilet. A crib and high chair are available. The house is air-conditioned. There is a terrace, garden, and private parking with a gate. There is a charcoal barbecue. Enjoy a beautiful relaxation area with a pétanque court around the shared, heated and secure swimming pool (dimensions: 10 x 5 m). It is open until 8 [hidden] and features a covered terrace accessible during the day. Use of the pool is guaranteed from June to September. The cottage is located near the highway (no disturbances inside).
