There is a small, unfenced garden of 55 m² at the rear of the house with garden furniture and a barbecue. All shops are available in Saint-Bénin-d'Azy, 6 km away. Between Nevers and Decize, discover the Loire River and the Canal du Midi, where you can enjoy fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and exploring the local flora and fauna. You can also rent a pleasure boat to explore the Canal du Midi. Cultural visits are possible in Nevers, a City of Art and History, with its museums, castle, and pottery factory. Visit the castles of Chevenon and La Fermeté, as well as the mining museum in La Machine. Decize offers a water sports center and numerous other activities. Also located a few kilometers from the Nevers-Magny-Cours race track.
