There is a small, unfenced 55 m² garden at the rear of the house with garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking is available opposite the house.

All shops are available in Saint-Bénin-d'Azy, 6 km away. Between Nevers and Decize, explore the Loire River and the Canal du Midi, where you can enjoy fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and discovering the local flora and fauna. You can also explore the Canal du Midi by renting a pleasure boat. Cultural visits are possible in Nevers, a City of Art and History, with its museums, castle, and pottery factory. Visit the castles of Chevenon and La Fermeté, as well as the mining museum in La Machine. Explore Decize, its water sports center, and its many activities. The Nevers-Magny-Cours race track is also just a few kilometers away.
