Gite Beaulieu, 4 bedrooms, 10 persons - FR-1-819-1054

Located in a wooded area in the Brevon Valley, the Gîte des Trois Vallons offers an idyllic setting for your stay surrounded by nature. Each family can enjoy their own independence; the characterful building comprises two adjoining gîtes (separated by a garage), which can be rented together or individually. They are not connected via the garage.

The Gîte des Trois Vallons comprises, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker + Senseo) for preparing your meals and a bright veranda that opens onto a magnificent garden (currently unfenced) with furniture and a barbecue. For your moments of relaxation, there is a double living room. One of the two has a library, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. There is a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed and the other with three beds (one 120x190cm bed and two 90x210cm beds). A large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. A separate toilet.

The second cottage, a few meters away, is located on the ground floor and comprises a living area: a kitchenette with a sink, a stovetop (2 gas burners), a refrigerator, a microwave, and a courtesy tray (kettle and coffee maker). A fireplace (wood on request: €5/basket). A spacious bathroom with a toilet and bidet. A large bedroom on the ground floor (160cm bed). Upstairs, on the mezzanine floor: three single beds and an adjoining bathroom with a toilet.

Enjoy a calm and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation, thanks to its prime location; the cottage is the last house on the street and the road is a dead end.

Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails are available on site.
Kitchen linens, towels, beds made, end-of-stay cleaning, electricity, and heating are included in the rates.

Private parking for two vehicles in front of the cottage, and easy parking in the cul-de-sac. Baby equipment (crib, high chair, and bathtub) is available.
Bicycle shelter is available.
This cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
