Peaceful rural cottage with fireplace, garden and hiking

Located in a wooded area in the Brevon Valley, the Gîte des Trois Vallons offers an idyllic setting for your stay surrounded by nature. Each family can enjoy its own private space, as the charming building comprises two adjoining cottages (separated by a garage), which can be rented together or individually. They are not connected by the garage.

The Gîte des Trois Vallons features, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker + Senseo machine) for preparing your meals and a bright veranda opening onto a beautiful garden (not yet fenced) with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. For your relaxation, there is a double living room. One of the two rooms includes a library, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190cm) and the other with three single beds (one 120x190cm and two 90x210cm). There is a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet.

The second cottage, just a few steps away, comprises a living area on the ground floor: a kitchenette with a sink, a two-burner gas cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a welcome tray (kettle and coffee maker). There is a fireplace (wood available on request: €5 per basket). A spacious bathroom with a toilet and bidet is also located on this floor. A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) is also on the ground floor. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, there are three single beds and an adjoining shower room with a toilet.

Enjoy a calm and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation, thanks to its prime location. The cottage is the last house on the street, which is a cul-de-sac.

On-site, numerous hiking and mountain biking trails are available.

Kitchen linens, towels, made beds, end-of-stay cleaning (provided the accommodation is left in a normal, used condition), electricity, and heating are included in the rates.

Private parking in front of the cottage for two vehicles and easy parking in the cul-de-sac. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, and baby bath) is available.
Bike storage is provided.

The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Two pets are allowed.
