Charming Historic Home with Garage & Garden near Loire River & Châteaux

Between Sologne and Val de Loire, 28 km from Orléans and 36 km from Blois, the medieval town of Beaugency is located on the Loire à Vélo route and on the Loire Valley castles route.

Located in a small, quiet street, in the heart of the historic district and 100m from the Loire, our accommodation is an old renovated 60 m2 town house, with a large adjoining garage (2m80 X 8m) and at the back of a small walled garden with no overlooked vis-à-vis.

The house can accommodate 4 people. You will have a beautiful living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms: a small walk-through bedroom with a fold-out sofa bed (BZ 140x190), and a large ensuite bedroom with a 160x200 double bed. (The bedroom with the double bed is accessible by crossing the first). Separate shower room and separate toilet.

Services included: the end-of-stay cleaning package according to the description provided, the provision of household linen: bed linen with mattress protector, duvet and 2 pillows per bed - bathroom linen (1 large bath towel, 1 towel and 1 glove / person and / week) - tea towels - cleaning products - water consumption - electricity including heating on a flat rate basis of 15kwh / day during the cold season - and 8 kwh / day the rest of the year (beyond this, the excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
