Semi-detached house adjoining the owner's but entirely independent, all on one level, with a garage and a large garden with trees including cherry, apple, walnut, quince, and rhubarb. The open-plan kitchen/living room has a sofa bed and a TV with a USB port. There is one bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a cot, a shower room, and a separate toilet. A baby bath, high chair, and changing mat are also provided. Towels and kitchen linens are included; heating and electricity are also included. This small cottage, located in the Morvan Regional Natural Park, has been restored and furnished in the traditional regional style. Nearby are lakes and rivers, the Château de Bazoches (Vauban), Vézelay, and numerous Romanesque churches, as well as the renowned and delicious local cuisine.

Charges and options: Bed linens (beds not made) and end-of-stay cleaning are included, as well as towels and kitchen linens.

Heating and electricity are included.
Two pets are welcome free of charge.
