Duplex for 4 people at the foot of the cliffs. In a small, picturesque village at the bottom of a semicircular valley crowned by cliffs, this small, characterful house has been tastefully renovated and adjoins the owners' house. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a landing with an office, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and a bedroom with two 80 cm twin beds. There is no real outdoor space (a small, non-private, unfenced courtyard of 30 m² - a small table and chairs are available) and the facade is currently being developed. Easy street parking (public parking is a short walk from the cottage).

Numerous hiking trails, paragliding, and golf are nearby. 6.5 km from the Burgundy Canal and its cycle route. 12 km from the Dijon-Prenois racetrack. 25 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and its City of Gastronomy.

All-inclusive cottage: sheets, cleaning, towels, heating, and electricity.
