On a 12-hectare property, the groom's house and the neo-Gothic style castle date from 1895. 4.6km away, Baugé offers shops and services. You will be located 35 minutes from Angers and Saumur, 20 minutes from the Loire and the Zoo de la Flèche.

[THE COTTAGE] Completely renovated, the cottage is bright, comfortable and peaceful. Invest the 67m² on two levels. On the ground floor: living room of 33m² with fitted and equipped kitchen open to the dining area and living room (wood stove provided). The large glass roof allows you to enjoy the view of the woods.
