In a peaceful, rural setting with beautiful views of the fields, come and stay at the Gîte de la Turpaudière for a rejuvenating getaway. This comfortable and cozy 60m² house, dating back to 1850, is ideal for couples, friends, or families.

Two ground-floor bedrooms, each with a bathroom and toilet. A bright, air-conditioned living area is located upstairs.

Outside, enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the countryside with green spaces, garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers.

On the ground floor: two bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed (one of which can be converted into two 80x200cm single beds upon request), and a bathroom with a vanity, bathtub, shower, and toilet.

Upstairs, a lovely, bright, and cozy living room with a lounge area and television, a dining area for four, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Comfortable accommodations include air conditioning on the upper floor, beds made upon arrival, and towels provided.

Things to see during your stay in the Baugeois region: Baugé-en-Anjou, just 8 minutes away, offers all essential shops and services. It's also a town steeped in history, boasting a 15th-century castle and a remarkably well-preserved 17th-century apothecary. For family fun, the Malagué pond, 15 minutes away, offers swimming, a picnic area, and walking trails. Also worth a visit is the La Flèche Zoo, 25 minutes away. The Vélobuissonnière cycle route, 3 km away, provides opportunities for hiking and cycling towards Saumur to the south and Le Mans to the north.

Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €50. The swimming pool on the property is not fenced. Fiber optic internet connection. Video surveillance camera at the property entrance. Secure private parking is available on site, behind a gate. An entrance leads to the owner's house on one side and to the cottage on the other. The owners, who also live on the property, will be happy to welcome you. The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the living areas being upstairs.
