Nestled in the hillside near this charming village, this detached house has been fully renovated using eco-friendly materials. The owners, who are winemakers, will be delighted to share their passion with you.

Ground floor: open-plan living area with dining room, lounge, and fully equipped kitchen. First floor: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and en-suite shower room. Separate WC. Panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Unfenced grounds. Laundry room. Parking. Private swimming pool (4.25 m x 2.25 m) extending from the terrace and heated from mid-May to September, weather permitting.

All the electricity for the cottage is generated by solar panels. Heating is provided by a pellet stove and a heat pump.

The cottage is air-conditioned by an air-to-air heat pump.

Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are provided.

Hiking trails start right from the cottage. Numerous cultural attractions within 15 km: Hospices de Beaune, Cascade du Bout du Monde waterfall, Nolay market hall, Autun... Cycle path 5 km away and Green Way, natural swimming pool in Beaune, treetop adventure course in Givry, Etangs d'Or lakes in Tailly. Montrachet vineyards 10 km away and the Trois Croix mountain in Santenay.
