Separate toilet. 2nd floor: one bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite shower room. Panoramic terrace overlooking the Hautes Côte de Beaune vineyards. Unfenced grounds. Laundry room. Parking. Private swimming pool (4.25 m x 2.25 m) extending from the terrace and heated from May to September, weather permitting (24°C).
This accommodation is not suitable for children.
All electricity in the cottage is generated by solar panels. Heating is provided by a pellet stove and heat pump.
The cottage is air-conditioned by an air-to-air heat pump.
Hiking trails start from the cottage. Numerous cultural attractions are within 15 km: Hospices de Beaune, Bout du Monde waterfall, Halles de Nolay, Autun.... Cycle route and Green Way are 5 km away, natural swimming pool in Beaune, treetop adventure park in Givry, and the Etangs d'Or in Tailly. Montrachet vineyards are 10 km away, and the Trois Croix de Santenay mountain range is 10 km away.
Pets are strictly prohibited.

Beaune-Les Hospices motorway exit towards Pommard-Autun RD 973. Go to the village of Melin. After the castle take the direction of Orches on a small stone bridge then follow Orches. In the village, turn right twice to reach the foot of the cliffs.
