Located in a small village 15 minutes from Dijon and 10 minutes from the prestigious Gevrey-Chambertin vineyards, this large, detached, characterful house comprises two adjoining gîtes for 6 people, each rentable together or separately. The Poterie gîte features, on the ground floor: a beautiful living room with a lounge, fireplace, and kitchen area. A shower room with a shower cubicle and separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two with two single beds (90 cm) each, and the last with two twin single beds (80 cm). The bathroom has a large corner bathtub and toilet. A high chair, two baby beds, and a bathtub are available.

The Source gîte features, on the ground floor: a living room that serves as a lounge and dining room where you can enjoy meals together. A kitchen. One bedroom with two twin single beds (90 cm), a TV, and an adjoining shower room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with two twin beds (90 cm), TV, and their own private bathroom. Separate toilet.

Terrace, courtyard with 4 to 5 parking spaces, covered carport, and 300 m² enclosed garden. Secure bicycle storage. Pets are not allowed.
