Located in a small village 15 minutes from Dijon and 10 minutes from the prestigious Gevrey-Chambertin vineyard, this detached, semi-detached house boasts character.

On the ground floor, there is a beautiful living room with a lounge, fireplace, and kitchen area. A shower room, shower cubicle, and separate toilet are featured.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two with two single beds (90 cm) each, and the last with two twin beds (80 cm). A travel cot and high chair are also available.

Bathroom with a large corner bathtub and toilet. 300 m² enclosed courtyard and garden. Parking. Wi-Fi internet access, television, and international telephone are available.

End-of-stay cleaning is available at an additional cost. A pottery tour and demonstration are available, along with expert advice on visiting the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and the vineyards.
