The one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, 100 metres from Las Ramblas and 5 minutes walking from Catalonia Square, the main attractions of the city.

It has air conditioning, safe, and free Wi-Fi.

This apartment has been completely renovated in an elegant and tasteful style to perfectly combine comfort with interior design.

The living room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a dining area equipped with chairs and a satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.

The bedroom has a double bed and bathroom with shower cabin

Towels and bedding are provided upon arrival.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, a public car park is located approximately 300 metres from the apartment.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile check-in available from 15:00.

Entries from 9:00 pm onwards are made in person at the apartments and have an extra cost of €30.
