On the ground floor (with one interior step): living/dining room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds that can be joined), shower room, WC. Wi-Fi. Enclosed landscaped garden of 70 m² with wooden terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs). A private shed is available for storing bicycles. You will have a private parking space near the house. Sailing club, departure for Île d'Yeu 3 km away, swimming pool 8 km away. Bus service: connection to La Roche-sur-Yon 500 m away. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €50/stay; Bed linen rental (2 people): €15/stay; Towel rental: €8 per person per stay.

Upon arriving on Noirmoutier Island, cross the bridge. At the first roundabout, continue straight ahead. At the second roundabout, take the third exit to enter Barbâtre. At the next roundabout, continue straight ahead. At the stop sign, turn right. You are now on Rue de l'Estacade. The gîte is 50 meters on the left, after the Salle des Noures and before the road leading to Plage des Boucholeurs. Please contact the owners two hours before your arrival.
