This spacious gîte in Berry, accommodating up to 10 people, is the ideal place to get together with family or friends, surrounded by nature, relaxation, and outdoor activities.

Just a few minutes away, Montcocu beach, the Casse Cou Himalayan footbridge, and Lake Éguzon await you for days of swimming, relaxation, or water sports. Paddleboarding, canoeing, sailing, fishing… here, water is part of the scenery (and the program).

Walking enthusiasts will be delighted: hiking trails, forest paths, and panoramic views of the Creuse Valley are right outside your door. On foot, by bike, or simply in contemplation, everyone can find their own pace.

The area also abounds with tourist and cultural attractions: charming villages, local markets, heritage sites, nature activities, not to mention the many summer events around the lake. All this in an authentic atmosphere, far from the crowds… but never far from great outing ideas.

As evening falls, the cottage transforms into a truly convivial space: spacious rooms, comfort, tranquility, and that pleasant feeling of being "elsewhere," together.

If needed, for an evening or an afternoon, we can put you in touch with a babysitter who lives on the same street. Fancy a moment of relaxation? Sandrine, a professional massage therapist, can come to your home to offer you a 1.5-hour wellness massage: €50. Please book in advance of your stay, subject to her availability. On the garden level, there is a living area with a kitchen, dining room, and lounge. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

On the first floor: two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200 cm), and two bedrooms, each with three single beds (90x190 cm and 90x200 cm).

Outside, a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture (currently being furnished). Private parking for 3 vehicles.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption – if the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
