Ideal for 8 people and fully air-conditioned, it consists on the ground floor of a living room giving access to a splendid terrace and its summer kitchen, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and its bathroom, a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
A garage that can accommodate one car completes this villa, a second car can also park in front of the garage.
