On the second landing: a bedroom (one 160 x 200 cm bed) with an en-suite shower room and separate toilet, and a large bedroom (three 90 x 200 cm beds plus a 90 x 190 cm sofa bed) with a library and games that will delight children. Outside, there is garden furniture, a wooden lounge set, a barbecue, deck chairs, and swings. The shaded garden, approximately 800 m², is fully enclosed and includes private parking. Beds are made upon arrival, linens are provided, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, and electricity are included in the price of your stay. Located 45 km south of Troyes, 20 minutes from the A5 motorway, Balnot-sur-Laignes is a charming little village situated on the Champagne tourist route, in the heart of the Côte des Bar vineyards.
