Gîte located on a working farm, this gîte overlooks the Montaigu hills at the start of hiking trails.
With a courtyard terrace and a small body of water.
For your leisure activities on site: a ping-pong table and a billiards table. Possibility of fishing for fun in the small body of water.

We are on the passage of the Chemin Montais which leads to Mont St-Michel, without forgetting the visits to Ste Suzanne, the most beautiful village in France and Jublains, Gallo Romans site. Your accommodation of 180 m² on the ground floor (less than 5 steps) has a living room (25m²) with 2 convertible sofas, a fitted kitchen (21m²), a games room (26m²) with billiards, ping-pong table, shower room and Separate WC, one bedroom (11m²): 1 140cm bed, one bedroom (10m²): one 140cm bed, one last bedroom (28m²): 3 90cm beds.
