Located on a 2-hectare property on the outskirts of Gallardon, its independence will appeal to families seeking nature, space, and even a fitness trail! Patrick, the dynamic owner, assisted by his wife Annie, has taken great care to create a series of physical exercises to keep you fit, whether with family or work colleagues! And if you're looking for something new, the rail bike trail is just a 2-minute walk away... a fun experience that will be enjoyed by young and old alike!
In practice: the gîte comprises a ground floor kitchen opening onto the living room with a pellet stove and a toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds (90 cm) and the second with a queen-size bed and a double bed (120 cm). The bathroom has an en-suite toilet. Beds are made up and Wi-Fi is available. This cottage is non-smoking. Suitable for people with intellectual and hearing disabilities.
