Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the charming village of Baigneux-les-Juifs, between Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and Châtillon-sur-Seine, this pretty, tastefully renovated stone house welcomes you for a peaceful stay in the countryside, just a stone's throw from the Parc National de Forêts. Approximately 40 m² in size, the cozy living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with a flat-screen TV and a pellet stove (pellets provided). The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) for peaceful nights, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, accessible via a spiral staircase, an 8 m² mezzanine offers two single beds (80x200 cm) or one that can be joined together to make a double bed (160x200 cm), ideal for accommodating children or friends.
The fully enclosed grounds are perfect for young children. A lovely covered terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue are available.

Private parking is available right in front of the house, in the cul-de-sac. Pets are welcome. Baby equipment is available upon request.
Beds are made upon arrival, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
