Upstairs, via a fairly steep staircase: one bedroom furnished with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and its own shower room, and a second bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with its own shower room and toilet. Air conditioners are available upstairs.
For babies: travel cot, baby bath, high chair, booster seat, and changing table.
Fiber optic internet access via a standalone repeater.
Outside: private 18 m² terrace with garden furniture and an electric barbecue.
Shared with the owners: a 5 x 3 m swimming pool, 1.50 m deep, with a safety cover. The pool is heated with a heat pump and is open from June 1st to September 30th, from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm. Pool towels are not provided. Enclosed, wooded garden of 500 m² with hammock, sun loungers, and table. 3 bicycles. Bicycle storage.
Parking for unloading, then additional street parking.
This non-smoking cottage is located on a main street in the village of Baignes, a town of 1200 inhabitants. You will have easy access to shops while enjoying a peaceful environment. The nearby greenway is ideal for cycling or walking (part of the Scandibérique route).

The rental is in a separate house located near the owners' house, on their fully enclosed property.
