Large 23 m² bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a relaxation area (2 armchairs and a coffee table). From the bedroom, stairs lead to the first floor where there is a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a cot. Air conditioning via heat pump. Enclosed 100 m² garden. Private parking. Private pond (free fishing). South Morvan: 15 km from the spa town of Saint-Honoré-les-Bains, 10 km from the Morvan Regional Natural Park. All amenities and leisure activities are available in Luzy.
