Within the Champagne-Bourgogne Regional Natural Park, return to your roots in a secluded 17th-century fortified farmhouse, with this renovated gîte housed in the 18th-century barns. Welcome to the HUGUES gîte: A spacious living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace overlooking the forest. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), an en-suite shower room, and a toilet; one bedroom is on the ground floor with private access to the courtyard. A third bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), a shower room, and a toilet. Parking. Cot and high chair available. High-quality renovation, combining stone and wood. Exceptional location in the heart of a 40-hectare forest. Pets are not allowed.
One gîte for 4 people on the property. NO TV. Access to the swimming pool during peak season.

Central wood heating included. Charges and options: Bed linen provided, Towels: €5 per person, End-of-stay cleaning: €100 - Electricity according to meter reading (8 kWh/day included).
