In a pretty, quiet, flowery hamlet in the Burgundy countryside, close to a group accommodation, "P'tit Batt" is a cozy studio, suitable for people with reduced mobility. Accessible via a wheelchair-accessible path: on the ground floor: living room with a 140 cm bed, a small equipped kitchen, a folding table, and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower (grab bar, seat) and toilet. Upstairs (access via a slightly steep staircase): mezzanine with a double sofa bed. Baby equipment available upon request. Electric heating. No shutters (not suitable for people sleeping in total darkness). Private parking. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Shared laundry room a few meters from the cottage (with two small and one large cottage). Electric heating included.

Grosbois Reservoir 10 minutes away (swimming, fishing). Green setting with forest and marked hiking trails. Ozerain Valley.
