After a few steps from the entrance, you will find an open-plan kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, induction hobs, refrigerator) integrated into the main room. A bunk bed (2 beds 80x190 cm) is also located in this space.
The lounge, which can be separated by a sliding door, features a 140x190 cm sofa bed, a small fireplace and a TV. The South-East facing balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains and the resort.

The Sequoia residence is located in the historic area of Dromonts and overlooks the charming square of the same name.
The Sequoia residence is one of the first residences in Avoriaz. It was built at the same time as the Hôtel des Dromonts, which is located a few meters away, and consists of 30 apartments designed on half-levels.
