Our furnished apartment, located on the 1st floor (without elevator), features a 26 m² living room with a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a lounge area with TV/DVD, and a Rapido 140 cm sofa bed. You have a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed leading to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate, enclosed toilet is located in the hallway.

A high chair and travel cot are available.
High-speed Internet (fiber). Public parking is available nearby. Car access to the building is available for unloading.
Video intercom. Bicycles can be parked in the shared bicycle storage area. Access is via three steps.
