In a small village, about twenty kilometers from the vineyard, La Glycine and La Villanelle are two gîtes for 10 and 4 people that you can rent together for your family and friends gatherings.
The larger gîte has, on the ground floor, a kitchen open to the dining room with a wood-burning stove and stone walls. The living room has an insert fireplace and a pool table. One bedroom (one queen-size bed, one single bed). Shower room with toilet.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, and one bedroom with three single beds, two of which can be joined together. Shower room and separate toilet. Terrace. Ping-pong table, table football.
Enclosed courtyard and large shaded garden of 600 m² with a swing. 1 pet allowed. Bicycle storage in the courtyard or in the basement. 4 parking spaces in the courtyard.
The second cottage is also spread over two levels, with a bright and welcoming fitted kitchen on the ground floor. The dining room and living room open onto the exterior with exposed stone walls and a wood-burning stove, which add a warm ambiance to the room. A toilet is also provided.
Upstairs (parquet flooring): two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin single beds, opening onto a terrace. Each has a bathroom and toilet. Parking.
Cycle route along the Burgundy Canal 10 km away. 10 km away: Fouché Pond: equipped beach, supervised swimming. Tourist train and Museum of Old Tools in Bligny-sur-Ouche (5 km).
