In a small village, about 20 kilometers from the vineyards, a renovated family home, adjoining another gîte but very private.

Ground floor: spacious open-plan kitchen/dining room with a wood-burning stove and stone walls. Fully equipped kitchen including two Philips coffee makers (pod and filter), raclette grill, and fondue pots. Living room with fireplace and American pool table. One bedroom (one queen bed, one single bed). Shower room with toilet.

Upstairs: one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, and one bedroom with three single beds, two of which can be joined together. Shower room and separate toilet.

Baby equipment available: travel cot, small bathtub, changing table, and high chair.

Terrace. Ping-pong table, foosball table. Enclosed courtyard and large, shaded 600 m² garden with a swing. One pet allowed. Bicycles can be stored in the basement of the cottage.

15 minutes from the A6 motorway, 25 minutes from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wine. Nearby attractions include the Ouche Valley Tourist Railway and the Tool Museum in Bligny-sur-Ouche (4.5 km), the medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois (15 km), the Fouché pond with supervised swimming in Arnay-le-Duc (10 km), and more.
