Description of the accommodation

Gite Auxant, 6 bedrooms, 14 persons - FR-1-819-524

In a small village, about 20 kilometers from the vineyards, Glycine and Villanelle are two gîtes (holiday cottages) for 10 and 4 people respectively, which you can rent together for family and friends gatherings.

The larger gîte has, on the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen/dining room with a wood-burning stove and stone walls. A living room with an insert fireplace and a pool table. One bedroom (one queen bed, one single bed). Shower room with WC.

Upstairs: one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, and one bedroom with three single beds, two of which can be joined together. Shower room and separate WC. Terrace. Ping-pong table, foosball table.

Enclosed courtyard and large, shaded 600 m² garden with a swing. One pet allowed. Bicycle storage in the courtyard or in the basement. Four parking spaces in the courtyard.

The second cottage is also arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a bright and welcoming fitted kitchen. The dining room and living room open onto the outside, featuring an exposed stone wall and a wood-burning stove that creates a warm atmosphere. There is also a WC.

Upstairs (with parquet flooring): two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together, both opening onto a terrace. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room and WC. Parking is available.

A cycle path along the Burgundy Canal is 10 km away. Also 10 km away is the Étang de Fouché (Fouché Pond): a beach with lifeguards. A tourist train and the Museum of Antique Tools are located in Bligny-sur-Ouche (5 km).

Bed linen, towels, cleaning, heating, and electricity are included in the rates.
