Ground floor: large kitchen opening onto the dining room with a wood-burning stove and stone walls. Living room with an insert fireplace and a pool table. One bedroom (one queen-size bed, one single bed). Shower room with WC.
Upstairs: one bedroom with one queen-size bed, one bedroom with two twin single beds, and one bedroom with three single beds, two of which can be twinned. Shower room and separate WC. Terrace. Ping-pong table, table football. Enclosed courtyard and large shaded 600 m² garden with a swing. One pet allowed. Bicycles can be stored in the gîte's basement.
15 minutes from the A6 motorway, 25 minutes from Beaune, the Burgundy wine capital. Nearby: Ouche Valley Tourist Railway and the Bligny-sur-Ouche Tool Museum (4.5 km), 15 km from Châteauneuf-en-Auxois: a medieval village 10 km from the Fouché Pond with supervised swimming in Arnay-le-Duc, etc.
