Françoise and Denis Stragier renovated this house, typical of the Petit Caux Littoral region where half-timbered houses rub shoulders with red brick constructions. Denis is a farmer on the Bois Ricard farm, operated for several generations by his family. With his son and his nephew, Denis grows flax, beets, potatoes, wheat, barley, corn, rapeseed and raises cows. It is Françoise who takes care of the gîte since 2007 with always so much pleasure in receiving guests. At your request, she can give you good advice for discovering Normandy.

Description of the accommodation

Ground floor with large, bright living room, including: - entrance
- living room with fireplace (TV, CD player, DVD player, WIFI),
- open kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer), - bathroom with shower (washing machine) and toilet.
Floor: - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm, TV),
- 1 bedroom (3 single beds 90x190cm, 1 baby bed), - toilet. Complete baby equipment. Tricycles and bicycles for children aged 2 to 6. Pétanque court (bowls available) and table under cover.
Short stays possible on certain dates.
HEATING INCLUDED and FREE WOOD FOR THE FIREPLACE. Gîte adjoining the owners' house, located in a hamlet, independent access and not overlooked. Calm and rest assured.
Large south-facing terrace. View of the meadow with the farm's calves and cows. Flower garden (no lawn). Pets welcome (cats not accepted): 2 small dogs maximum (€30 supplement).
