Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), air conditioning, and an open-plan bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

Outside, enjoy a large south-facing terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and an electric barbecue. A few steps lead up to a private 5.5m diameter, 1.2m deep saltwater swimming pool, accessible by a ladder and secured by an alarm, open from June to the end of September.
