Large detached gite located in a hamlet 20 minutes from Lunéville.
Zone of the ponds of the Regional Natural Park of Lorraine at 30 minutes (Domaine de Lindre, pond of Gondrexange ...).
Parc Animalier de Sainte Croix 40 minutes away, Nancy (Place Stanislas, museums...) also 40 minutes away. Bakery, grocery store, pharmacy and health center in Einville-au-Jard 8 minutes away. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, large living room with fireplace, access to rear terrace, bedroom (1 140x190 bed), shower room, laundry room, separate WC.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (8 90x200 beds and 1 140x190 bed), bathroom (shower + bath), separate WC.
Sheets provided, beds made on arrival.
Oil central heating, charges not included, flat rate of €16/day from October to the end of March to be paid on site.
Terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, private swimming pool, open ground of 2000 m².
Swimming pool open from the end of May to the end of September and depending on the conditions.
You will be welcomed at the cottage by the owner.
