In this magnificent region of Burgundy, 1.5 km from Vézelay, in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, we offer several cottages surrounded by nature on 60 hectares of land. The 25 m² duplex studio for 2 people comprises a kitchenette, a dining area, one bedroom (double bed), and a bathroom with toilet.

A large heated swimming pool (14 m x 7 m) and a sauna (€60/hour) are shared with the other cottages on the property.

The studio may be difficult to access for some people, as it involves climbing twenty steps and then ascending a steep and narrow staircase to the bedroom.

Utilities and extras:
Electricity, heating, and linens are included.

Optional cleaning: €30
Pets are accepted subject to the owner's agreement and a €300 security deposit, with an additional €15 cleaning fee for the duration of your stay.
