Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), toilet with washbasin.
Private enclosed courtyard with no overlooking neighbors, swing set, ping-pong table, bicycles available. Electric vehicle charging station.
Bed linen and kitchen towels provided, beds made upon arrival.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, baby bath, potty, safety gate at the top of the stairs.

Heating is charged according to meter readings, firewood included.
