The house comprises a 25 m² open-plan living/dining/kitchen area (there is no separate lounge).

A second bedroom on the landing, currently used as a TV area, is a small space equipped with a double sofa bed (140 cm)

4 free parking spaces at the foot of the property.

⚠️ Maximum capacity: 8 people
Although the cottage can accommodate up to 10 people, the capacity is intentionally limited to a maximum of 8 people to ensure comfort in the common areas.

This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Utilities included in the rental price: electricity (from May 1st to September 30th), water, bed linen, and towels.
